What you're buying, when you're charged, and what happens if it goes wrong. If anything here is unclear, email hello@reddysite.com before you order.

These terms cover reddysite websites and subscriptions, provided by OppKo LLC. Custom software, agency retainers, and other work beyond a reddysite plan are covered by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

Your account is free

Creating an account costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You get a dashboard where you can gather everything for your site — photos, services, hours, the look you like — at your own pace. Nothing is charged until you click Order. You can leave the account sitting there as long as you want.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

What you're buying

A reddysite plan has two parts: a one-time setup fee that pays for the design and build of your website, and a monthly subscription that pays for hosting, security, updates, edits, and support.

Every plan includes one login. Additional teammate accounts are $29.99/month each.

What happens when you order

Ordering charges the setup fee and starts the build. We begin work immediately — normally within 24 hours. We work from what you've given us and aim to have a preview back to you within five business days. You review it, we work through changes together, and then it goes live on your domain.

Two rounds of revisions are included — that's the normal back-and-forth of getting it right. Beyond that we're still happy to make changes; once you're subscribed they're covered by the monthly, since that's what the monthly is for.

When the monthly starts

Your subscription begins when your site is delivered. Not when you order, and not on some later date — the monthly is what pays for changes, hosting, and support, so it starts when there's a site to change, host, and support.

What we need from you

We can build fast because the process is tight, and that depends on you: your content (text, photos, logos, services, hours); domain access — either the registrar login or delegated access, which usually means a short scheduled handoff because most registrars require two-factor confirmation; and timely responses during the review window. If we're waiting on you, timelines move. The fee doesn't.

What the monthly includes — and what it doesn't

Included, genuinely unlimited: text and image changes, new standard pages, blog and post updates, contact and hours changes, ordinary SEO housekeeping, hosting, security patching, and support.

Not included: new functionality. Unlimited applies to pages and content, not to features. New integrations, tools, calculators, portals or AI features; e-commerce on a Standard plan; optional sections beyond your plan (portfolio, case studies, testimonials, resources, press); logo or brand redesign; or a materially different website from the one you bought — those are add-ons or separate custom work, quoted before anything starts.

We'd genuinely love to build those things and we'll quote them plainly. They just aren't inside the monthly, and we'd rather say so up front than surprise you.

Refunds

Once you submit your order, the setup fee is non-refundable. The build starts within 24 hours, so by the time you'd ask, the work is underway. That fee pays for the build itself.

If the first version isn't to your taste, that's what the included revision rounds are for — taste is handled with revisions, not refunds. Monthly fees already paid aren't refunded, but you won't be charged again after you cancel.

If a payment fails

Cards expire. We don't rip a site down over it. You get a 30-day grace period with your site still up. If payment still hasn't gone through after that, we replace the site with a simple, non-embarrassing notice that it's temporarily unavailable — restored as soon as the outstanding payments clear.

Cancelling, and coming back

Cancel any time. Your site stays up through the period you've paid for. After that we take the site down.

Your account is separate from your site, and it stays open. Cancelling a site doesn't close your account or disable your login. You can sign in whenever you like — to bring that site back, or to start a new one. We also keep a copy of the site itself, so there's something to bring back. We don't delete your work the moment you leave.

Your domain is yours, and we'll help you point it wherever you go next.

Coming back later costs half the setup fee. Bringing a site back means re-provisioning hosting, re-pointing DNS, and updating the platform — real work, at half price.

Your content, and who owns what

You own your content. Text, photos, logos, and other material you give us stay yours — and must be yours to use in the first place.

We own the machinery. The reddysite design system, templates, components, and the platform your site runs on are ours; you're licensed to use them for as long as you subscribe. We may also show work we've produced for you in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing. If that's a problem for your business, tell us in writing and we'll work it out.

What you publish is yours to stand behind

You're responsible for what goes on your website: claims about your products, services or results; health, medical, financial or legal information; personal information you collect or publish about others; images, text, fonts or media you don't hold rights to; and compliance with the law that applies to your industry.

We're not liable for the content you publish or ask us to publish, and we may decline or remove anything we believe is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. If a claim is brought against us because of something you published, you agree to cover our costs in dealing with it.

What we promise

Honest work, real previews, and no fabricated content — we never invent testimonials, reviews, statistics, or claims for your business. If we can't serve you well, we'll say so early and refund anything unearned. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service; when hosting or DNS providers fail, we work to restore service promptly.

People who help us, and confidentiality

We may use employees, contractors, or third-party services to deliver your site and keep it running; we remain responsible to you for the work. Business information you share that isn't public stays confidential and is used only to do your work.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account being used unlawfully, infringing someone's rights, abusing the platform, or materially past due. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

The boring-but-necessary part

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost savings, or lost business — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, your site. Our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Any action arising out of these terms must be brought within two years of the cause arising. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disaster, war, terrorism, riot, labour action, government action, or major internet disruption. You may not transfer your account without our written consent; we may assign these terms to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. In any legal proceeding arising out of these terms, the prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with jurisdiction and venue in any state court in Pinellas County, Florida. We may update these terms; material changes are announced to subscribers before they apply, and the version you agreed to at checkout is the version that governs your order.
