Short, because we collect little.

What OppKo LLC collects when you use reddysite.com or your dashboard, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We don't sell your data and we don't run advertising trackers.

What we collect

When you contact us — your name, email, and whatever you tell us about your business.

When you create an account — name, email, a password we store hashed and never see, and optionally your phone number.

When you fill in a brief or business profile — everything you give us about your business: services, hours, locations, staff, the look you like. This is content you're deliberately handing us to build from.

Files you upload — photos, logos, and documents you put in your dashboard. Teammates you add — their name and email.

When you pay — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only a customer reference, your plan, the last four digits, and payment status.

When you ask for changes — the content of change requests and support messages, so we can act on them and keep a history.

Automatically — a session cookie that keeps you logged in, plus basic technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps, pages requested) used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. We set no advertising cookies and run no cross-site tracking.

Why we have it

To reply to you; build, deliver, host and maintain your website; take payment and manage your subscription; act on change requests and provide support; keep accounts secure; and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it with anyone who isn't directly helping us do that work.

Who else touches it

Stripe for payments and billing. Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, security and content delivery. An email provider for corresponding with you. Aggregate analytics on our own site. We may also use contractors who help us build and support sites, bound to confidentiality and limited to that work.

We'll disclose information if legally required — a court order or lawful request — or where necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Your website's visitors are your responsibility

This policy covers reddysite.com and your dashboard. It does not cover visitors to the website we build for you. There, you decide what's collected — contact forms, analytics, booking tools, pixels — and you're responsible for the privacy notice shown to them and for complying with the law that applies to your business. We'll help you put a sensible privacy page on your site; deciding what it needs to say is yours, and regulated industries should take advice.

Cookies

Our dashboard uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to make it work — keeping you signed in, keeping your session secure, remembering preferences. There are no advertising cookies. Blocking necessary cookies stops the dashboard from working.

reddysite.com also uses Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to count visits and see which pages get read. It is not used for advertising.

How long we keep things

While you're a customer, for as long as your account and site are active. Cancelling a site doesn't close your account — your account information is kept as long as the account exists. We also keep a copy of the cancelled site and its content for a reasonable period, so you can bring it back rather than losing it the day you leave. Billing and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.

You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will — email hello@reddysite.com and we'll confirm when it's done. Deleting your content means we can't restore your site later, and we may need to keep billing records to meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold, correct anything wrong, delete your content and account, export what you've given us, or stop marketing email (service messages about your site and billing continue). Email us and we'll act on it — no charge, no difficulty, no special form.

Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights — under Florida law, other U.S. state privacy laws, or the GDPR if you're in the UK or EU. We'll honour those where they apply to you.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, access to customer data is limited to the people who need it, and card data is handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure and we won't pretend otherwise — if a breach affects your information we'll tell you promptly and tell you what we're doing about it.

Where your data lives, and children

We're based in the United States and our providers are primarily U.S.-based; if you use reddysite from outside the U.S., your information is processed here. reddysite is a service for businesses, isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are announced to account holders before they take effect, and each version carries a date.
